Right of withdrawal.

The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, no. 21. It is possible to return the purchased product within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the products. 
It is understood that the right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of custom-made or personalised products.

How to return the products

• Returned products must be intact and in the same condition in which they were received by the customer, with tags attached and in their original packaging. 
• Fill out the online Return Form in your customer information, once you have logged in.
• If you placed the order as a non-registered user (guest), click here.
  
• You will receive an email with the return authorisation and return policy. Please indicate the return number on the outside or inside of the package.
• If you cannot proceed with the registration, please contact Customer Service. 
• Package your product return package indicating the recipient's address as below:

In the case of a total return, the transport costs of the returned products will be at Trocellen's total expense. You will be contacted for the collection of your return.
In the case of a partial return, the direct costs for the return of the products will be borne by the customer. After registering the return, you will have to provide for the return. It is understood that Officina Idee is not responsible for the theft or loss of products occurred during the transport of the returned goods to the seller's warehouses.
In the case of returns from a non-EU country, any duties and charges incurred by Officina Idee for the re-importation of the products will be charged to the customer; these amounts will be deducted from the refund.

Refund of the price of the products
As soon as we receive the products, we will refund the price paid by the customer for the goods for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned products, according to the modalities indicated in the return form sent to us online. If incurred, a refund of the standard delivery charge will be made. Any additional delivery costs (e.g. Priority service, urgent delivery, ... ) selected by the customer for home delivery of the product will not be reimbursed.
In the event of a partial return, only the value of the returned items will be reimbursed.

IMPORTANT: in case of exercising the right of withdrawal it is necessary, in order to obtain the refund of the purchase price of the products, that the customer returns to Officine Idee the products themselves intact with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Products returned to Officina Idee not in accordance with the above conditions will not be accepted and will not be refunded by Officina Idee, which will immediately notify the customer so that it can arrange the withdrawal of the goods at its own expense. The customer may be held liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods (other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods) and receive a partial refund.
